I've been trying to start the game for a while now. I've logged in, downloaded all the stuff, then clicked start game. A little blue box came up and showed like it was loading something. About a minute later I got an error that said 'UPDATER_CANT_READ_URL'

I'm using Internet Explorer and doing everything people said to do but it still wont work.
