Sorry, I know this type of problem is everywhere but I can't seem to fix it. So I'm going to start from the beginning, does anyone know how to solve this? Please help!

Remove the following files found in the folder DBO_CT_TW \ locate \ TAIWAN \ pack:
lang0.pak
lang.pak
DBOCOM Language patcher.exe
readme.txt
If you have the installer DBO_CT_TW_Setup_20120531.exe, do the following:
Run the file, select as shown below and continue.
If you do not have the installer, download the files:
lang.pak
lang0.pak

extract the file within the directory DBO_CT_TW \ locate \ TAIWAN \ pack
