this tip is for everybody who tried all the guides from the forums and didnt worked at all.
first you need a second computer, if you dont have another one on your house, tell to a friend to install dbo tw and update the launcher, then all you have to do is to transfer the folder that is on program files: dbo_tw to a usb pen or a hard drive (around 7gb).
then you all have to do is to put the folder on your progam files and it should work.
im writting this post cause i saw that sometimes a pc doesnt update or runs dbo and you cant fix it so now you only need another pc that runs dbo correctly and cut and paste the folder, it worked for me. My main computer didnt ran dbo after format so i asked a friend to install dbo correctly on his pc and give me the folder.
