Went to the english patch download section, and clicked the download link, but my browser had locked up, it didn't even prompt saying it was downloading or anything. Tried multiple times and it still didn't work.

It might just be a browser issue, though, never had a problem like that before, the rest of the site seems to work though.

Try a different browser, I'm running on FireFox. Both Minus and 4Shared works, Rapidshare isn't holding the files anymore.

There's no problem anymore, for some reason it stopped having the problem, maybe it was just a browser issue.
