When i open run the setup it just sits their and my mouse says it loading then it wnt let me do anything so i restart my pc and befor it restarts it say the reason it cdnt run was because of 16 bit things are open and to close them but i have NOTHING! Open im a really big fan og DBZ and i would really appreciate it if u could help

Have u tried uninstalling the game from default programs?

I cant even install the install wizard wont open it just freezes my screen and tells me tht thr are to many 16 bit programes running even though nothing is running
