Try using a proxy, but proxies arent safe if you are sending sensitive data.

basically its a server located somewhere else that acts as a filter between your computer and what ever it is you are trying to do. you use them if you want to stay anonymous so your ip cant be tracked or if your region cant access things. the problem i see is that many of the proxy servers you would find for free online are located in germany so if its a regional thing i dont know if using one can help you.
