Did you go on the wasabii site and add the points to the game? When I bought from cn-usa you have to put two sets the card number they gave you and the password, if its not in your email check your junk mail. I use paypal, the codes pop right up 5 seconds after you buy.
If the issue is that you haven't received the email with the points info, then make a cn-usa account using the same google account you used to buy the points. The order is "saved" to your gmail and will show up on the My Orders page. You can seek customer service from there.
