I contacted 5 times the support center yesterday, they told me to write to the mail, I did so and they replied with:
您好:若您有被盜用案件要進行申訴，請您以客服表單申請回報，謝謝
What are they asking now? I don't get what I should do.

No, I wrote it hastily in english :/
So, where should I write again?
I wrote already on the section on the site, there I was told to write to the mail and there again, they're telling me to write again to the customer service?! What a mess, I'm not understanding anything :(
