I'm a lvl53 DW about to reset. I have all the tanking moves I need and am looking for some extra dmg dealing aoe-ish moves. The master class aoe moves are terrible dmg wise (except for energy seige i guess-only lvl2 atm). From what I'm reading, Special Beam Cannon is currently stronger than all Master Class attacks. If anyone has the current stats for SBC maxed (charge time as well-i've read from an old post that the charge time goes up to 5sec) it would be much appreciated. The stats for charged mesenko (maxed) would be helpful as well and what lvl both skills have KD. And if it helps, I will have 50%+ cooldown reduction. Thanks for the help guys!
