I put a dogi on the AH for 400KK earlier tonight and it sold. I got the mail notification and disconnected from the game right after. When I logged back in, I didn't have any mail. (I disconnected because of internet; did not get hacked) I looked at AH and my item is not there. This is redonkulous.

I've heard of this happening to other people and researched threads about it. The threads are really old, though. Is there a solution to this? I've heard you need to wait a week to get the mail...I don't want to wait. ;/

This happened to me too,i put a ninja dogi in AH but i didnt received any mail with zeni or to get the dogi back.

Ive heard Putting something on the AH then removing it will fix this

Waiting doesn't work. It's simply gone/deleted.

It's a flaw with the mail system. When a mail first comes through, it has an expiration time of 0, so if you log out or get disconnected, you'll lose it forever. It happened to me, too. A while back, I sold a Goku King Kai dougi for 800m, but when I got the mail, I relogged, because I was on a TMQ 4 run, and I never got the item back. I checked every day for 5 weeks. It never came through. I tried putting more items in the auction house, canceling them, and even selling some, but I never got the 800m I was supposed to get from the dougi I sold.
