the rest goes to energy siege
you need to max whirlwind and cyclone as they are the best for pve DW with low cd and good damage

I doubt it that there's a big difference on cyclone between lvl1 & 3.

This is the DW build for PvE (Player versus Environment), it will allow you or farmer or kill as many monsters as possible as quickly and efficiently as possible, this build focuses on AoEs, defense and absorption.

for darkwarrior, all u really need if ur a tank is all the LP passives maxed, all LP buffs maxed, and the AOE attks maxed lol.... and on the side, u could put in a couple high dmg move just incase u wanna pvp

I want a PVE build only

No Shinhan noobs stack LP.
As a DW u have around 15k-20k LP + High defense and that makes him a good tank.

I'd use something like that. ''Dragon's Punishment'' can heal u full depending on the damage u do.
Rest of the points on "Energy Siege" & if some are left add on "Cyclone" i guess or "Whirlwind".
"Dragonic Curse" when maxed becomes an AoE which helps you to maintain Aggro when you tank & better debuff all of the mobs than one + if you have a turtle in party you can combine your debuffs.
