I get this error and i don't know what it means? i'm pretty sure I've done everything right and didn't misspell anything can someone help?

No,no i dont think tht you need to create new acc!Just do this change local system to Chinese!Think so!Go for win7 Start>Control Panel>Clock,Language and Region>Language and Region>Administrative>Change Local System>to chinese(TW)and repatch English pathcer!
