I'm sorry (I'm the maker of that solution list), but I said the chance of these solutions would work aren't 100%.
You can try to start the launcher without running it as admin, hoping that will work.

Are you sure gohanson!?! Run always like administrator! TW version ofc! Or maybe try another launcher you go place where did you instaled game and get another launcher! :) or delete game guard folder and restart comp! Or change loca win7 go START>CONTROL PANEL>Clock,Region and Language>Region and Language>Administrative>Change System Local and chage to Chinese traditional TW! :) If this cant help you you'r crushed then! :X

i have tried allllll, now my gameguard won't upgrade.Ohh yeah and it more, when i start the launcher and the gameguard don't upgrade after then my whole Internet is blocked i can't enter in anything what means internet, i have to give a restart and then the internet it working but the game still not.
