I was wondering how do i put on the English patch because its not working for me

go to your computer, locial disk C then go to were your dbo is then go to dbo_ct_tw, localize, Taiwan, pack, then throw everything in the english patch then right click the folder to not read only then patch n it should work

Of course it works.
The files are all almost the same. You have to go to your installation folder, open the "localize" folder, then "TAIWAN/HONGKONG", inside the "pack" folder, uncheck the "read-only" on lang0.pak and start the patch.

It's don't work 100% correct in stats tool tip you get only TW and KR versions txt and HK got little different chines then TW chines.
