one time after I was messing with the program files and some how when I opened up dragonball online main login screen and everything was in english I don't know how I did but I couldn't get into the game because I believe it was under maintence so I had to exit. But when I open it up again everything was back in taiwanese I've tried to get everything back in english but nothings working can someone help me please.
Ensure your game client is fully patched up then follow the instructions in freeza101's link above to download and install the english patch. If your game shows blocks in place of text you most likely need the asian text language pack for your pc, windows xp only i think, windows 7 should be able to display the asian characters with no additions necessary.
