Hello guys Dreadblades here i am new to the website and the Game i am a big fan of Dragonball, Z and GT

i am having a problem making a account i follow all the guide's and i still can not log in i have most recent launcher an patch ( also patched Lang for English)
the game is patched i can load in to log in screen but when i try it gives a message and does not log me in if anyone can help would be greatful

does the patch say that its completed, did you take the read only off of the English patch langpak and put it on after the actual game has finished all of its updates?
