Basicly my problem is when i try to download the taiwan version from any link provided by this site's thread, in either flashget or torrent or straight download..
it'll stick at 0% and won't move. It won't even start the download.

Is it posible to get a download for the taiwan version of the game to be as fast as the netmarble downloads for the korean version?
Any taiwan ones i come across won't even start and have a infinity sign for the download time. I've tried numurous programs similer to flashget, checked all my settings and it won't work.

I'm using the Offical taiwan download client, i'm getting about 1% every 15 - 20 minutes, i can't get it to work in flashget.
Download the TORRENT file from here and make sure you save it onto your computer.
If you are still experiencing slow download rates, Google has some good guides on how to tweek your settings for maximum speeds based on your internet connection!
Alternatively you could use internet download manager http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/download.html it boosts http downloads immensely and i recommend it for all downloads. Without IDM i get around 30kbp/s from the http link for dbo client but with i got a steady 800kbp/s. You could look around online for a activated version but the trial will do fine to get you the file.
