i have installed it correctly, trouble shooted, ran as admin

it says patching completed and appears to be in order
the patch bar is all the way loaded and says complete
but nothing is in english. i just started the game, i am still at the kame house
i just met trunks. i have no idea what is going on.
this is really ruining the game experience for me.
please, some help?
