Even with a better patch you probably still wont know what to do. Don't expect a patch to translate everything in the game. Quests and npc dialogs will always be in Korean since they are all kept server side.

Your not hurting anyone if you don't play, so there is no need to apologize. Just do what everyone else is doing and just play and learn what to do. Eventually, you'll know what your doing
