Can someone tell me how to get my camera angle like this all the time?

idk if that helps u,but while u r in game go to options/other/point there r 3 stages choose 1 and apply to change it,give it a try.

ps.every time u log in,u need to do it again(like the extra bar)

Okay thanks I will try this. By the way whenever I re log I do not have to re enable the the extra bar.
