in my first character i click on the channel and then before ican start walk in world the screen stuck on loading and i have second character and i can get in with him so help me get in with my first character

Have you tried, reinstalling the game? Have you run the DBOlauncher.exe as an administrator? You'd be surprised how often that will fix your problem!

Give those two steps a go and see if it works! It could be a problem with your account!
