When I am launching DBO.exe and log in, choose a character and a channel, I get this message , on all the channels and servers, on my both characters. How can I fix this?

I've downloaded 1.57.5.RTP but I don't know where to put it, and I've tried to do what is in the link http://dbocom.com/forum/showthread.php?t=7054 , but I don't think I've do it right , because it is still not working, and I don't really understand what I have to do.
