First of all: I took this guide from a member of this forum (SonWest) but he posted it on a forum on spanish and only found this on dbocom

Here is a guide to recieve your gifts from the Web Depot, it could be from TMQs, events or gifts.
-First: Go to this site:

-Second: Log in with you username and pasword.
*If the pasword space is not writing any letters, remember using the on-screen keyboard that appears when you click on the password field.
*If you get problems with the CAPTCHA code, remember writing it with the CAPS LOCK on.
-Third: Scroll down untill you get to a list of things and mark all boxes at the right with an X or a check (depends on you browser I guess).
-Fourth: Get your gifts!
-Fifth: Where are the gifts? They are inside your "inventory" of the Wagu Wagu Machines. You can access it by looking for the capsule-like machine icon on the lower right of your screen and clicking on it. Once opened the Wagu Wagu Machines look for the top left corner where you will see 3 tabs; click on the one in the middle that should say "Tools" if you have the english patch and there are all the gifts. Then you can move them to your inventory if I'm right (haven't tried it yet since im downloading the December patch).
Now you are done! Now remember not to be logged in at the game when you do this because you may get an error, even though people say that they do this being logged in and no errors so you can try if you want.
If you get this error message:

This is not an exact translation, I made some changes to explain some more since I don't know how to upload pictures at posts and changed some stuff placing it somewhere else but it says the same at the end. Also the December patch thing it says before was added by me and not him.
