Ok so i did all the steps to install Dragonball Online Taiwanese version. My avg pops up with a threat that some of the files in the installed folder has virus... What should i do? ignore it or what?

c:\Program Files\DBO_CW_TW\DBO.exe is the threat and i cant start the game

Well, ill just turn it off everytime i play that works btw, what server should i play on that has more english speaking population server 1 or 2?

I play in server 1, but I think that in server 2 are more English speakers

On demand scanners are all that is needed. It's stupidity and careless browsing that gets your system infected. If your stupid and careless yes use Avast or other on access scanners.
