Used 53 SPs because Solar Flare can be max at lvl 4 giving 40% less Hitrate on enemies ( AoE )
Plus, If you get to buff on duels you wouldn't use Concentration but If you got high dodge items you can take away another SP from Evade Up and give it to Concentration for 18% less CD
