so i decided to make Thread of all New Fighter builds -

Why would you take MA's spirit attacks when you have big bang and final flash...

and Final Effort is strongest Martial Artist energy spelll it can do way more damge than big bang / final flash

So by new, you mean sucky builds .. ( no ofense )
But final effort can't pull out mobs..

what do you mean by "cant pull out mobs"?

im a very keen "energy fighter"
drop the MA skills for aoe/eng attks, trust me -only 2 i kept were concentrated kamehameha lv 1 for KD and energy barrage mastery
BBA and FF do about 10K+ put together for me, then i have my 2 needles which can do over 9K crit
but id rather not share my secret :)
most people give me too much crap for not being a traditional fighter

(dont forget that the skill database atm and skill calculator only show the lv1 skills for TW accurately, so having fun and trying to come up with a build atm based off the skill calculator is pure imagination)

my build have 2 max buff to helping u.. i change w.fang max to energy barrage max. i dont take final effort cause lvl caps. and i dont take teleport, cause vegeta not have that skill in manga. so, if u wanna be vegeta try my build above..hehehe.

That you have to get close to the mobs to use it, I mean not like 1m range xD but yes you have to get close and in dungeons and stuff probably they have long range alarm and will start attacking you before you use final effort

It honestly depends on how you use the skill
