I think since red pepper is down, they are gonna stay down as well since they cant make transactions. So yeah, server still down.

they said you wont be able to parches from the site, you would be able to play but nothing from the cash shop untill then, and a possibility to change for further maintenance Friday.

Scratch that, it might be down till Friday. I'm waiting to hear back from them, on hold.
