Ok ever since the 11/10/11 patch appeared, my game wouldn't patch

I tried on several occasions, and nothing.

then I un-installed using the set-up file

I did this 3 times. Nothing

Now Its so bad I can't run the launcher.
and when I try i get this weaboo message about the launcher.

WTF is the problem?

This is why the game is down.
