Hello there...I found a mistake in the English Translation patch and I wanted to let you know about this and fix it on the next update..

After making a new character and clicked start, I chose my channel and that window popped up..



But it should say :



Because when I clicked cancel it skipped the tutorial and had my first 2 skills on my bar, and basically I was ready to start playing without starting the tutorial and click the Skip Tutorial button from there....





P.S. I know its a mini thingy but it saves time :P
