Well.. i added the patch and this showed up, i uninstalled and re installed and still, any ideas what's wrong?

Two things:

1. There are 2 different lang0.pak files inside the game folder. Make sure you got the one on the right directory.
2. Change your computer locale to Taiwan.

Did you apply the patch before download DBO patches? Because if you did, you have to reapply the English Patch :-)
