if anyone still got a character with which he sells that stone to me (or may give for free ) i would be really happy !...
The problem is , since i am new i've only got ~ 200k Zeni to offer :(

Play one day, do not exceed lvl 10 and the next day you get the item in your mailbox also you get a notification in emerge window.

If i exceed lvl 10 i wont receive mail ? I have create a character yesterday and up lvl 11

There is no need to play with that character..Just create a Spiritualist (cause they are nearest to Kokkara town) .. Leave that character for 24hours.Next day login with him, you should have recieved the mail, kill some mobs till you get 20 Zeni..Go to town, open mailbox get the item and send it to your main...(Mail costs 20zeni ) ..

WARNING : I don't know if it's working now cause it was until October 31....

In the AH the price minium iv seen is 500k (500.000 zenis)

But complete all ball quest and get the shenlong desire, you cant get the others desires (Sayan, buff, Mastery HTB) and Scouter balls radar.
