I made a new account for the lvl 33 item, but it seems that I cant mail anything yet, is there a certain quest or level I have to be to mail items?

It takes a certain amount of Zeni. I dont know the exact amount...

I have a decent amount atm, it should work.

Takes 20 zeni to send item/zeni and 10 zeni just to send normal mail.

Make sure the name is spelled correctly, and you have something typed in the message box of the mail.

I know the mail is working just fine because I have used it about 50 times today.
