lmao nope, It is obvious what it is...It is an item that starts a quest that brings you to the entrance of the new CC dungeon so you can run the dungeon lolol It even says CC Battle on it why would you think its a reset lolol

But the part I dont understand is why would I get it and not everyone else?

That i cannot tell you either...I know i am level 53 and i got one so maybe it has something to do with lvl i am not sure

you will get that when you get lvl 50
