What I have done so far:
-Read all the guides
-Downloaded the TW version
-Installed DBO
-Patcher loads, and successfully patches
-Added DBO to my AV software and firewall
Now I have looked to see if anyone else has had this problem, through numerous google searches and can not find an answer, so I thought I would ask here.
When I click the Start button on the patcher, the patcher closes and after a while will load DBO, but as it does I get the following error.
Dxdiag.exe
Windows can not access the specified file, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.
I have also checked my permissions, I am the only user on my pc, I am running as the administrator. I have also google searched this error, but I am still at a lose.
If I click OK on the error window, DBO will still launch, I can see the company logos, then I get a blank screen with the cursor and music is playing. So I get a blank screen at the log in page. I believe it has something to do with dxdiag but can not figure out what.
