it is not an upgrade system, I guess it only changes properties, funny thing though we dont have that on korean, or do we. Is that an update only for taiwan?

the Boss floor happens every CCBD 5th floor(5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50). There are some guides for CCBD here, take a look
