Hey, I just downloaded both the Taiwanese game and the English patch and have been trying to translate the game into English. However, it's still being put into Taiwanese. Is there something else I have to do? I've been running both as admin and can't seem get it to translating properly.

Maybe ur english patch was made for korean dbo Well i cant even find an patch.=(

I'm having the same issue. It's getting irksome.

I had a problem like that before too.
My problem was that I put the english patch in the wrong "pack" folder.
The guide just says put it in the "pack" folder, but it isnt the first "pack" folder that you see.

It actually wants you to put the english patch stuff in:

Localize > Taiwan > Pack

Then, after you dump all the stuff in there, right click on lang0.something and go to properties and
make sure to uncheck 'read-only'. Then run the English Patch from inside that folder (run as admin)
and it should be okay. Log in to check, all the menu stuff in the beginning should be English now.

Thats the issue that I had with it, yours may be different.
I may have misspelled some of the folder names or something, I'll check when I get home.

EDIT-
Actually, I just checked the guide again, and it pretty clearly said:
For the Taiwanese version this folder is "C:\Program Files\DBO_CT_TW\localize\TAIWAN\pack"

I guess I didn't read the localize\TAIWAN part the first time
