which of these passive skills are better? im a spiritualist anyway and i want to boost my skill damage even my normal attack

please answer my question because im lvl 30 now when i reach lvl 31 the skill reset is not free anymore...

Depends on your master class.

Damage over time is bad for Turtles.

For Cranes, depends on your whole Build. i got Both passives myself with Crane, but as crane you Must have the Damage over time passive at least, because it powers up most of your skills.
