i get the yellow triangle with the exclamation point, all in Taiwanese except for the word Launcher. and if i try to start the dbo.exe i get a get game initialize fail. I followed every single step. done everything i could find online, even from Taiwanese sites. nothing works to get this game launching. any ideas at all???

i reinstalled a few times. i think ive tried just about everything you can possibly do to it.
