Turn on your capslock on, and type in the numbers/letters and see what happens. That's what I said to do, because it wouldn't work any other way.

yea when i entered it worked but it stays on the login page and it has no red letters

That's odd, can you make a video of it or screenshot the login page? So I can see what exactly is happening?
