Yeah, well introduction topics are a weak point of mine. I probably don't need to explain how I love Dragon Ball, been watching since childhood, etc. considering what this forum is and such. >_>

Long story short- I'm a newb, but we all have to be newbs at some point or another. ;D

If any experienced player would mind taking their time to show me around more of Dragon Ball Online sometime, I would absolutely appreciate it. =D

My character is a martial artist named Ronove, currently level 6 (I've only started playing today.) I've studied up a bit online... I'm aiming for a nice Swords Master build right now, so help with that department would also be greatly appreciated. =)

Oh, right. >_> I would also like to know some useful tips people may have for completing quests for non-taiwanese speakers... <_< I've basically been running around, killing stuff and then seeing people who apparently say I have completed quests. I've done like, 15+ quests at this point completed out of random running around, as well as a bunch of uncompleted quests I don't know how to do. =(

Edit for extra info: Oh, and I play on the Taiwanese server on (any channel) on the 2.-randomtext- (Bulma) server since I read in the installation guide that most English players go there.

My advice is, considering that I can't read the Taiwanese text either is to just follow the circles, the Xs and what looks like Vs on the screen. The circles are generally where your target monster is, but remember that these monsters can be outside of the circle. To confirm which monster you're supposed to kill, click on the monster and press T, T will display some information and if you see a smiley like face with a x1 close to it, that's the monster you're suppose to kill. Also, sometimes you can match up the text with the monster you can kill, but apparently that's not always accurate. The Xs appear to be where you're suppose to take the quests you've finished, to a NPC. The Vs might indicate a boss or a single monster that you're suppose to kill, along with possible items you're supposed to retrieve.

My second advice would be to gather up a lot of quests available, and complete them all, this will allow you to level much faster.

Thanks, that really helps a lot. I had already figured out that following X's was key and such, but I didn't know that using my scouter on them could help me figure out more specific quest elements. I also didn't know about enemies sometimes being a little outside of the circles.
