where can i get the forth quest cuz well i completed the quest where i have to help chichi find goku

those are TLQ-time leap quest. When finish it you get special skill.In TLQ1(Help granpa gohan) you get skill to charge RP(hold Z),TLQ2=(help goku and king ox find chichi) get guard and counter attack, and TLQ3-the one that you finished you get dash.No more TLQ's.But you can do TMQ1 when you get lv25 with party or find some higher lvl to boost you :D

i went there and it says something about fuel for the time machine??? can anyone help me with that im new

Take a Quest from the Npc , And choose a Difficulty , easy , Normal or Hard , Kill 30 Random mobs near your level and turn it in , you will get a Time Machine fuel crystal which you can use to start the Tmq

i need to know that do i have to be a lvl 25 to do the quest

Level 25 is the minimum level for you to get the quest

I cant find the second tlq npc. I'm a human , I'm on the Taiwanese servers, and I'm lvl 10 but i cant find. help plz!!!!
