They wont save char because of one reason which every reasonable man knows.ITS NOT FAIR.So that would mean cit would be 30 lvl and some new players 1 lvl?It doesnt work like that,dont put your hope in that.
I would like to have my Mighty-Kid-Molesting-Majin into OB, but I know that It won't happen. Only 32 players that managed to get past Battle Royale into tournament will have their characters transferred into OB. Others won't. So my 5 days worht of work is for nothing, only my own achievement of gaining Adult in this time with Cit and others. Nothing more ;)
And btw - who cares if You start at the moment of game start or year after? How is it unfair? those lower level mobs will disappear? Or mabye You mean that You won't be able to enter pvp match and beat most of players with your 20lv noob char without equipment (like I did few times :P)?
There will always be somebody who will start month later after You, and will manage to overpower You in two weeks. There are always people like that. So don't cry and have fun!

Dont You think, that was open beta? In normal game u still need to have netmarble account. It was open because u only need ask for participe. On last beta (2nd) which was closed u needed to answer a questions.

It was called cbt3rd, which means closed beta.
I don't know much about how koreans release their games, but it's not like in the US/EU.
anyways does the OB start this week or next week now because you posted this sunday :S and where did you got this info from i cant find it on the netmarble site?
EDIT: Btw i checked the namco bandai america release list of 2010 and DBO is not on it so DBO will possibly not be released in 2010 in usa??
