at the top of the page it has current date and time of Taiwan I live in the U.S. on the eastern shore which makes it exactly 12 hours ahead of me (I may have misunderstood what you were saying Tmoe20 if i misunderstood sorry) But it was def the 11th in tw when normal on time maintenance started

Run as admin. I can open DBO but on log in screen a message comes out and it kick me. Basically servers are down.
