I was pleasantly surprised about this. I can only assume like before, his Zanpakuto stays in shiki form.

We can only guess that his base power must be pretty high now.

To be honest I'm now even more confused about what powers he can still use. Such as since he regained his shinigami powers we have yet to see him use his hollow mask. It can be said he never needed it till the last fight at which he was outmatched and had no chance of using it. It can also be said he lost this ability after using final zangetsu on Aizen.

I was actualy wondering if he even uses a mask anymore. Unlike the Vizards, he was born with the hollow powers. So it is essentially a part of him.
And the only reason the hollow powers used to take control before was because he wasn't strong enough to control them, as well a not accepting them as part of himself. Hence when he learned final Zangetsu, he didn't need a secondary hollow form.

He's still there. He just never surfaced, or had a need to.

Well the hollow 'White' will come back. He is the true Zangetsu.

White is a manifestation of his shingami and hollow abilites. And Old man Zangetsu (fake version) is the manifestation of his Quincy powers.

Ichigo considers both Hollow Ichigo and the "old man" to be Zangetsu since they both represent his power. If you notice his Shikai represents both sides: the larger blade represents Hollow Ichigo (his hollow/shinigami powers) while the smaller one represents "the old man" (his Quincy powers). Now whether Hollow Ichigo will surface again or not is debatable.

But somehow this is gonna be apart of Aizen's plan

inb4 aizen has a new hogyoku with 3 swords, so he's hollow and quincy in terms of his swords however his power originated from shinigami being rukias sword gave him the power in the fullbring arc. i wasnt expecting duel swords, perhaps the smaller of the two is more defensive? though being its a quincy sword im unsure.

im assuming this is his shikai and we will probably not be shown the bankai for awhile (MORE JUHA BACH and sternritters pl0x!)
