Wait, your unchecking read only and it's accepting it? Or is it saying the file is still in use? Or are you saying your doing it than making your changes and later on when you are trying to edit again it's reverting back to read only(making you repeat the whole process)?

The file cit posted is an old version. You can't just change its size and use it because the new scr0.pak has functions that the scr0.pak cit posted does not have. When you use that file, even if you change its size, the client searches for functions that are not there and as a result, it crashes. It's a very simple concept to understand.
As we have said MANY TIMES, the file Cit posted DOES NOT WORK. MAKE YOUR OWN FILE
