Here is the solution to the "non-launch" error.

Go into dbo folder , there is a file called DBO.exe , just run that as admin

For those of you who wanted a link to the .44RTP the link is http://patchdbo.wasabii.com.tw/Downl...ch/1.57.44.RTP Also try removing the dbo.exe and dbo launcher from your firewall and re-adding it to firewall, then try to re-patch, I know for me everytime the game patches, I have to do this for some reason, and I am at the 1.57.44 with no problems. Also make sure your AV is not blocking the program, just allow the whole folder and it should be fine.
