Why Don´t Any1 Just Do A English Patch With The Fuc**ng Quests Translated?

Making a Russian patch, I have a problem: the patcher just can't translate quest text. For example copying this to translation.txt:

And translating it didn't do anything ingame. It is TLQ1's first quest information. Probably it is because of that metatag thing.
Any tips?

UPD: Nevermind, I place the text in a wrong part of file.

oh, calm down, i didn´t mean to insult the translators, i just don´t understand why can´t they just translate the quests, sorry if i have been rude!

You think it's so easy to just translate and it's done? Is a hard work, takes a lot of time, you just play the game and nothing else, people who collaborates with the translations also have things to do during the day, we're not just playing the game and nothing more.
