Hi guys i have big problem, i used chang elocation, for hong kong, and it doesnt work, i used taiwan, it wont work too.

I even used applocation program, and it didnt work too. Pls help me. I have windows 7 and i dont know what to do.

Wait wait, so you need to change the language, what I did but it didn't work because I don't have the language pack downloaded. But you need it only to install it?? But why? Because you will get ??? instead of just a language?

What is so hard to understand about the screencaps? It is so easy to follow.

To better understand peoples issues uploading a screencap with the issue would help. Alot of the time, the issue can't be resolved purely on you telling us what is wrong.

are you installing it in the same folder as tw version if you have it??if you do change it
