Knew about DBO since rumors around 07 on wikipedia, for the longest time information was rarely changing since then untill nearing 2010 when the Korean beta released. Decided to wait for an english release since didn't want to go through all that stuff for a KRSS. Wasn't till early this year a friend of mine refered me to this site and about the TW verison. Since it was easier to make and didn't had to go through international Id fraud or whatever I made an account. Played around to lvl 35, got some bug that messed up my user interface, couldn't do things like Yardrat Teleport, died once and couldn't respawn. Quit that and went to HK.

I thought the idea of a DBZ based mmo would be really cool if done right. So I randomly searched for a DBZ mmo on google and DBO popped up. At first I was expecting a cheap and poorly put together game as mmos like this don't always work out to well. DBO met all of my expectations and more.

I was looking at online games and I thought about typing "Dragon Ball Online". I was expecting to get ESF videos but i saw the game and I couldn't stop watching videos about it. Back then it was only released in Korea. I got an account then taiwan got it and then I got on that one and here I am

I was bored so i searched google for DBZ MMORPG and came across lots of things that said Dragon Ball Online and it seemed interesting so i looked at some screenshots of it. Just like Tomlanji I saw only the Korean version was released at the time
so i couldn't get an account. Then about 1 year later the Taiwanese version came out and I made an account easily.

Let good ole Majaku tell yall a lil story here bout how Majaku found out about DBO.

It all started back in 2007, I was a pretty decent RPer (Role Player: Google Taku Arimoto and that's me). But yea, around that time I also was playing different MMOs and I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be sweet if there was actually a Dragon Ball Online? Writing stories about my created character was really getting boring "REALLY". So happened I was just d.ickin around on Wikipedia one day and actually found something then about DBO. I saw there were going to be no Saiyans which was pretty much a downer but life goes on. So I looked for the game for months in that year and stumbled on this site and the other site. Being a young and desperate Majaku, I looked into trying to make an account, but being in such a rush to play the game and not knowing anything about Utorrent or anything like that I never got to play, that and I noticed that I downloaded The English Patch instead of the game (LMFAO!! I know, it was real stupid of me).

So Fast Forward to the year 2011.

I happened to get a good read on the forums and caught sight of a sig on here from Dumke482. I followed that link to his/her Youtube page, did the steps and BOOM! The birth of good Ole Majaku aka The God Damn Batman on DBO {Taiwan Server 2}. It was awesome. And now I'm currently redownloading the game on this new computer to check up on things.

Saw it on G4TV / E3 then forgot about it since it wasn't out then I remembered again May of 2010 then started playing

well about 2 1/2 to 3 years ago I was drunk and surfing the internet and I decided to type in dragon ball online game and pressed im feeling lucky and managed to find a youtube vid of dbo 0.0 .. after my brain exploded i immediately found out how to make a acct and download the game surprisingly without even viewing this forum. and thats how KingDonte was born Kiddos

From a friend if I recall back in '07 when there was going to be a beta for KR but it never happened. I figured it was scrapped. in '10 tried countless ways to get DBO but no way to get KSSN haha. Gave up to wait for English release. Waited forever and forgot about it, just found the TW version a few weeks ago, so happy!! haha

I was bored one day, hopped on google to search for games to try, and came across it, now im just hooked on it ^^

I've known about the game since 2009.
