reinstall the whole **** and manual patch it, that OR get a new computer

For the most people it does work.

I think u are doing something wrong, read it careful and repeat the steps one for one.

*Delete the logfiles include the DBO map folder.
*Uninstall DBO ( include DBO MAP folder ), Re-install it.
*Download the new patch update.. Patch it, ( Right-click run as Administrator )
*After the patch, run the launcher as Administrator, if you have any other account, try to login with that.

Be sure u are logged in as a administrator, or it doesnt work!

I'm having the same problem except its a little different. I open DBO launcher (As Admin),it loads then a message pops up and says Creating the Application is failed. Error code [0] And yes i did already try to repatch and update the Launcher. Is this mantainence? Or is it just my computer? Should i reinstall DBO? Someone Please Reply

Dont only repatch and update, follow the guides i gave before.

Quit fighting......Errors like the one from the first post usually happens to people after maintenance. Give it a few days it will eventually allow you to run the launcher

Why wait a few days? if the error is that common then the fix is obvious, running the launcher in admin. If that doesn't work then it's a file problem that has to be taken care of single handedly, like recreating the folders themselves or manual patching; in which case it will not fix itself in a few days.

That is the thing this error prevents you from opening the launcher also waiting was the only solution that actually fixed this error for people..

Sorry about not posting yesterday weather it worked on mine or not I was leveling all day so ovesly from that statmenet you can conclude that it worked for me and I am U.S. so I dont know is rong with you guys computer but its not the fact that you U.S. maybe you just dont have enof hardrive space for the update try deleting some usless stuff you got on you hard dirive doing that will also speed up you computer I know I deleted like 3 or 4 GB or more of harddrive storege of some usless crap I got on my computer and it speed it up to about 2x or 3x what it was before like my computer was doing kioken LOL anyway try that and if it doesent work than I dont know what it is sorry:(
